Without WCI, you are responsible for the medical bills if a caregiver gets injured in your home. Caregivers should be trained and proficient at all assisting with all ADLs, and should have First Aid and CPR skills.

What We Do

We use a detailed application, structured phone & in-person interviews, a skills exam, and reference checks. And we verify any / all certifications (e.g., HHA, CNA).

Every person working in the U.S. must be authorized to do so. Hiring a person to work for you makes you an employer, and subject to fines and penalties for hiring an illegal worker.

What We Do

We perform the required I9 check, and we maintain all completed I9 forms for each of our team members.

Having home care workers in your home requires coordination and scheduling to assure that there are no gaps in service that might lead to a client accident or injury. There are also education and training requirements to assure that a caregiver is capable.

We have a full-time general manager who handles scheduling, and training. We have a plan for coordinating shifts & hours. We identify back-up caregiver/s (e.g., vacations). We have an emergency back-up plan if a caregiver fails to arrive or must leave. We also have every caregiver sign our "Caregiver Rules-of-Engagement" document.

Nobody wants to be involved in an auto accident. A good driving record is the most effective way to assure that the caregiver is less likely to have driving issues. We want too minimizes the risk of injury in an auto accident.  We also aim to protect your savings and other assets in the event of an accident.
